150-Day Protocol

Behavioral Intervention
Protocol

Structured constraint removal for founders and CEOs

The intervention protocol is the second phase of a Phalanx engagement. It follows the forensic execution audit and addresses the root constraint identified in the diagnostic report.

This is not advisory work. The protocol is a structured, sequenced intervention designed to remove a specific execution constraint and restore measurable throughput capacity over 150 days.

Every protocol is calibrated to the individual diagnostic. There is no standard program. The intervention architecture is derived directly from the constraint profile, domain scores, and EEI baseline.

What the Protocol Addresses

  • Root execution constraint identified in the forensic audit
  • Capacity leakage quantified in the diagnostic report
  • Domain-specific deficits scoring below benchmark thresholds
  • Decision velocity degradation and throughput erosion

The protocol is divided into four phases, each targeting a specific layer of the execution architecture. Progress is measured against the EEI baseline at 30-day intervals.

This is diagnostic-led work. It does not rely on motivation, willpower, or productivity tactics. The intervention is engineered to produce measurable, reproducible outcomes based on the constraint profile.

Protocol design draws on our benchmark database of 294 executive diagnostics. Intervention sequences are validated against historical constraint-resolution data across 12 industries.

Fixed scope. 150 days. Quantified deliverables. Pricing shared during findings review.

Engagement capacity is limited. The protocol is offered exclusively to clients who have completed the forensic audit.

Protocol details and intervention architecture are shared after the diagnostic phase.
